• Using clean hands, massage a quarter-size amount into damp skin for 1-3 minutes and let sit for up to 5 minutes. Rinse with warm water and follow with the Facial Cream, Facial Oil, or your favorite moisturizer.
  
  To use as a body scrub, use a generous amount following the same steps above. A little goes a long way. Avoid introducing water into the container. If irritation occurs, discontinue use. Avoid mouth and eyes. Use within 6 months of opening.
