PAYMENT
All payments are due at checkout via Paypal, AfterPay, Shop Pay, Gift Card or Debit/Credit Card.
SHIPPING
Items will be shipped Monday thru Friday. Current processing times are 3-14 business days. Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Any order status updates requested on orders that are within our processing times will not be responded to. If you’d like to cancel your order, please send a cancellation request to info@theearthlyalternative.com.
For questions on orders that have been shipped, please reference your tracking number. Once an order leaves our hands, it enters the domain of the shipping carrier, and the package is no longer under our control. If you have concerns about late or lost packages, Please contact us. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed orders or orders damaged during shipping.
Orders are shipped to the address provided. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses will not be reshipped or refunded.
All packages that are returned to our shipping facility due to incorrect addresses or declined delivery will be refunded to your original payment minus the shipping cost and a 25% restocking fee. We can not guarantee that we will see your email or communication with an updated address so please make sure your address is correct at checkout.

LIMITS
Limits have been implemented to ensure that as many people as possible are able to get the products they need. Limits reset with every 7 days and are per person and household.
If you have exceeded the limit on a product, a notification will show communicating the limit. Please do not attempt to bypass this notification by placing another order. Doing so will result in the cancellation of all orders and being blacklisted from our store.
If you need more than the limits allow, please submit a custom order request, and we will do our best to accommodate you. We are unable to apply the free shipping discount to custom orders.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
To be eligible for a refund, your product must have arrived damaged or defective and unused and proof must be provided. A one-time refund or replacement will be offered to any damaged items. Any future damages must be handled with the shipping carrier.

Our products are not mass produced and are made by hand. We try to get things as perfect as possible, however please allow some minor variations with our products and/or their packaging due to their handmade nature.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective and unused, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We require an image of your packing slip, so please retain that in case there is an issue with your order
Melted/Deflated Products
During hotter months, certain products such as Body Butters, Hair Butta, Whipped Soaps, and Washes are susceptible to melting and/or deflating. The product is functional and the same amount by weight. We advise retrieving your package out of the hot environment as soon as possible. We cannot control the environment that your package is in during transit. If a product arrives melted, simply refrigerate or allow product to re-solidify for 30 minutes to an hour.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns.
Unfortunately, we cannot process refund requests for gift cards.
Exchanges
We do not accept exchange requests.
Refunds
If you have emailed us with a refund request and have provided proof of defectiveness/damage, you will be given the option of either receiving a refund or a replacement. If the refund option is chosen, a refund will be issued and processed within 5-10 business days.
Discounts
Discounts can not be combined with other discounts or offers. Free shipping does not apply to custom orders.
