• Using a wooden utensil, sprinkle 2-4 spoonfuls of milk bath into a tub of hot running water. Allow milk bath to foam and steep in water for 5 minutes before entering. Soak body in bath for 15 minutes and wash body and bits with Balanced Bits Body & Personal Wash. Avoid mouth and eyes. For external use only. Discard after 6 months.
